Rules: Final Thoughts

The book "Rules" is about a 12 year old girl named Catherine. She has a brother named David and he has autism. She tells him rules to follow, for example, "Leave your pants on unless mom tells you to." She is afraid to go out in public with him because of the way he acts. But when she meets a boy at David's speech therapy, everything changes. Catherine wonders, what is normal?

I liked this book because it tells the reader that everyone is different in their own way. We should not judge people by the way they look, but the way that they treat you.
