Hidden Girl: Abandoned

I abandoned the book "Hidden Girl" because the book really didn't interest me. What I mean by this is that the book wasn't like the types of books I read in the past. I tried it out to find something different but ended up not liking it. It kind of reminds me how Americans treated African Americans in the past especially since the book is about slavery 

The outsiders movie and book

One difference between the book and the movie is that the movie says that Ponyboy is the youngest however in the book Johnny is. One similarity is that in the book and them movie, Johnny gets hurt from the fire. My visualization match up to the movie because of the detail in the book. I think that the author really made you feel as if you were there by just reading.
